Paper cards go out of date. Give everyone one digital card they can update in seconds and share by link, QR code or an NFC tag. Less faff, better connections.

Connect your company's CRM, then send reviewed contacts. A valid email is required to match records and reduce duplicates. Extra scan details are included in a CRM details field.
Photos stay on your device. Contacts are removed from Tap-Folio 30 days after every attempted CRM destination receives the latest saved version. Failed exports and edited contacts stay here until successfully resent. This also removes their Tap-Folio follow-ups; the CRM copy remains.
Hold a card inside the camera frame until Tap-Folio reads it, or choose a photo. Review the details before saving.
Start an exhibition
Create a named collection like “Jan exhibition”, then scan cards into it.
